01. Shift Duty
Manager
Education
: Master/ Bachelor
Experience:
8-10 year of supervisory/management experience in port/shipping/transport
industry; preference will be given to those of higher of qualifications.
Duties
& Responsibilities:
·
Responsible for Overall Performance of the shift
and ensures terminal targets are met
·
Ensure that day to day work within own area
complies with operating Guidelines, work procedures and safety standards.
·
Review procedures and processes and
recommendations for improvement.
02. Vessel Planners
Education: Master/Bachelor
Experience: 2-3 year of work experience as stowage planner or
Certified Stowage planner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
·
Responsible for planning and Sequencing of all
inbound & outbound containers from the vessel
·
Control and monitor vessel related activities
·
Vessel bording duties.
03. Yard Planners
Education:
Master / Bachelor
Experience:
2-3 years of work experience in yard planning Role
Duties
& Responsibilities:
·
Responsible for planning and allocation of all
container stock in the yard
·
Control & monitor yard related activities
04. Equipment
Dispatchers
Education:
Master/ Bachelor
Experience:
2-3 years of work experience in
similar role in logistics/terminal operation.
Duties
& Responsibilities:
·
Responsible for assignment and deployment of
terminal equipment
·
Control & monitor all terminal equipment and
activity point.
05. Customer
Services Supervisor
Education: Master / bachelor
Experience:
5-7 years of supervisory experience
in areas of customer service in the port/shippind/transport industry.
Duties
& Responsibilities:
·
Supervises the Customer Service function within
the Customer Service Department
·
Fosters Close Working relationship with shipping
lines, agencies and consignees
·
Review and evaluates the responsiveness and
feedback of customers and recommends to Management on appropriate actions to
taken to address cutomer’s concerns.
06. Customer
Services Officers
Education:
Master/ Bachelor
Experience:
1-2 years of working experience in
Port/shipping & Transport industry.
Duties
& Responsibilities:
·
Acts as the focal point for processing and controlling
all customer operational matters.
·
Follows the agreed Service Level Agreements(SLA)
·
Provides reports on customer matters in a timely
manner to operational and commercial management.
07. Shift
Superintendents
Education: Master/ Bachelor
Experience: 6-8 year of work experience in managing
sizable workforce
Duties & Responsibilities:
·
Assist shift Duty Manager in Monitoring &
Directing Terminal Ground Operations.
·
Responsible For ensuring safe and efficient ship
Loading and management of all terminal related activities.
08. Wharf
Supervisors
Education:
Bachelor/ Diploma
Experience:
3-5 year of experience in similar
role in logistics/terminal operations
Duties
& Responsibilities:
·
Responsible for manning the efficient and safe
conduct of all wharf and vessel related activities.
09. Yard
Supervisors
Education: Bachelor/ Diploma
Experience: 3-5 year of experience in similar Role in
logistic/terminal operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
·
Responsible for managing the efficient and safe
conduct of all yard related activities.
10. Tally Clerks
Education: Diploma or Above
Experience: 2-3 year’s work experience in similar role in
container terminal Operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
·
Responsible for the safe, efficient and accurate
offloading/loading of containers from vessel.
·
Work closely with Quay Crane Operator and Vessel
Planner.
11. Yard
Coordinators / Checkers
Education:
Diploma or Above
Experience:
1-2 year of work experience in
similar role in logistics operations
Duties
& Responsibilities:
·
Responsible for safe and efficient operations in
designated yard sector.
·
Marshaling of terminal equipment and traffic in
the yard.
12. Gate Clerks
Education: Preferably Bachelor / Diploma
Experience:
1-2 years of work experience in
recording duties
Duties
& Responsibilities:
·
Ensure proper verification of documentation and
updating of system for gates entering the terminal gates.
13. Scanner / Weighment
Operators
Education
Preferably Bachelor / Diploma
Experience:
1-2 year in similar role
Duties
& Responsibilities:
·
Perform X-ray Scanning and / or weigment
operations for container inventory
·
Resolve exceptions in Scanning and weighment
processes
·
Record and update all transactions into system
14. Reefer
Technicians / Assistants
Education
Diploma
Experience:
2-3 years in similar role
Duties
& Responsibilities:
·
Responsible for monitoring and ensuring
continuous function of reefer inventory in yard
·
Perform reefer troubleshoot , repair & Recovery
15. Equipment
Operator (QC / RTG / Reach Stacker / MT Handlers)
Education
Preferably Bachelor / Intermediate
Experience:
3 years Plus work experience in
similar role in container terminal operations.
·
Experience in Trainer / Supervisor / Mentor
roles an advantage
·
Candidates Cross-Trained in Multiple equipment
preferred
